Upon entering through the motorised front door, you will be wow-ed by the spectacular entrance hall with its oak staircase and chandelier lighting. Here there is a guest toilet. Onto the open-plan Living/Dining Area with oak flooring, designer furnishings, and a gas fireplace.
The Bulthaup designed kitchen is fully fitted with high-quality appliances and features 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, and a coffee machine. There is a laundry area with Miele appliances (2 washers and 2 dryers, a wine cooler, and a freezer).
There is an outdoor kitchen that features a Wolf gas BBQ and hob, a Sub-Zero fridge and a sink with tap. This is a perfect place to cook up a storm while the rest of the family are lounging on the terrace or swimming in the beautiful large pool.
The spacious Master Bedroom has a 200cm Vi-Spring bed, a large TV, and benefits from a walk-in wardrobe (with a safe). There is access to a lovely terrace. The ensuite bathroom features a bespoke bath, a walk-in rain shower, and a double sink.
