What will guests love about the area ?
Mojacar Playa has it all in that if you want to be immersed in a Spanish resort you can if you want some connection with England you can. If you like quiet you can get it. If you want some entertainment it is available. Mojacar Pueblo the old town is just 10mins away where you can walk the streets and take in the views. The resort is known as the desert of Europe and so only 15 days of rain a year. There are many golf courses in the area and other things to do and explore for whatever your needs.
Please note, this property is suitable for adults only, and a car is essential for those with mobility issues due to the incline on the 10-minute walk back from the beach. Additionally, the villa is also unsuitable for single-sex groups and under eighteens. Pets are also not allowed at the property. Heated Pool - Mojacar Playa is warm all year round however we have a heated pool which we have swam in on Christmas day. Extra charge for pool heater 200 euros per week. Please be advised that there is not a washing machine at the Villa but a laundrette is conveniently close by for any laundry needs.
