maison rare vue sur le lac. 120 m2 face au lac. à 5 minutes à pied de la base nautique pour la mise à l'eau des bateaux, jet ski. 2 minutes de la plage surveillée ( face au jardin) .accro branches à 5 minutes à pied. petite alimentation a 3minutes à pied.
cour intérieur pour 2 voitures ( prise recharge véhicule électrique sur demande)
4 chambres dont un lit 160 cm et 2 lits 140 cm , la 4eme chambre est plus pour des enfants ou des ados car lits superposés. La maison est idéale pour 3 couples max et 2 enfants.( ou 2 couples 4 enfants) 1 lit bb a dispo et une chaise haute.
cuisine équipée ( four , micro ondes, lave vaisselle, frigo, petit congélateur)

arrivée prévue a 17h pour tout retard supplémentaire après 30 minutes au de la une retenue de 20euros par heure de retard sera demandée . une personne vous attend c'est pour cela .....
Le prix eSt de 230 euros par nuit (divisé par le nombre de personne et vu la qualité de la prestation il ne faut pas hésiter !!!)
pour ce prix vous avez la climatisation en été ( pour un usage normal, relevé de compteur a l'arrivée et au départ )(nous avons eu des visiteurs qui laissait les fenêtres ouvertes )
caution maison 1000 euros restituée a la fin de la location si aucun dommages.
draps et linge de bain non fourni ( 35 euros par chambre comprenant draps lit complet et 2 serviettes par personnes ) a demander a la reservation .
Une prise de recharge voiture électrique est a disposition pour un usage normal non abusif .( sinon une retenue sera reprise sur la caution a la signature du relevé compteur basé sur le prix du KWH)
