The Space:
As soon as you cross Casa Sur you will be amazed by its great space, comfort and views of nature that surround it. With its high ceilings and plentiful natural light pouring through the vast windows in every room you will find yourself surrounded by tropical nature in complete privacy and comfort.
Wake up to morning coffee while enjoying the pleasant sights of nature in the upper or lower terraces. Relax in total privacy where you could be visited by the friendly guests of the area such as birds, iguanas, coati, raccoons, deer… Or enjoy your favorite music .
On the first floor, there is a half bathroom just past the front entrance. The kitchen features an island and breakfast bar and is fully equipped, whether you prefer to cook your own meals or hire a local chef to take care of this for you. Ask us for details about this.
Past the kitchen is the dining area with a glass table and seating for 6 with two additional seats at the hi-top bar. The dining space is open to the roomy living area with a large TV and comfy seating.

Less than a 10-minute walk from the house, you will reach the Villas Caribe Community Center with a large pool, playground, kids wading pool area, air-conditioned gym and palapa with BBQ access and seating. Access is included with your stay.
If you love to golf, book some time at the attached PGA Riviera Maya - a magnificent golf course that extends over more than 220 acres of jungle, cenotes, and natural lakes. It has 27 holes spread out over two courses, a par-72, 18-hole professional course and a par-3, 9-hole executive course. There is also a Clubhouse, PGA Golf Academy and Pro Shop onsite. Golfing fees apply and reservations must be made through the Club House.
Tulum Country Club also offers a weekly Farmer's Market (El Mercadito) for local and fresh products every Saturday, 2 Restaurants - Terraza Casa Club and Mulligan's Sports Bar and scheduled shuttle access to the Beach.
