Tucked away on a hill, you’ll enjoy the perfect combination of walk-ability when you want to explore and a retreat when you wish to relax. One side of the duplex is permanently occupied, while the other side is open to guests. The home features separate entrances/exits accessed by keypad with code. This offers complete privacy and personal access to the entire side of the duplex.
